Payment of charges incurred for removal of your vehicle from the public road can be made in cash or by VISA, T6000, American Express, Diners Club or Master Card.
Charges for duration of stay at the municipal vehicle compounds and the towing service itself will not be applied under the following circumstances:

- Where the vehicle owner has relinquished ownership of the vehicle to the City Council for disposal and the fine has been incurred after this submission.
- When vehicles have incurred use of the towing service or were taken to a vehicle compound (exempt from daily rate for the first 10 days) either out of need (for example, the celebration of an authorised public event, an emergency situation, the vehicle’s impeding the cleaning, repair or sign-posting of the public road where the area in question has not been duly indicated in advance as a temporary or indefinite no-parking zone), following a traffic accident or in the event of removal or other uses made of the vehicle contrary to the wishes of its owner. Proof must be presented in these circumstances
Fines can be paid upon collection of the vehicle from the municipal vehicle compound itself, with the corresponding discount where still valid, and provided the violation has not yet been notified.
Once the violation has been notified or the traffic sanction has been issued by Barcelona City Council, the amount can be paid at any of the following municipal vehicle compounds, provided the date falls within the voluntary payment period: St.Genís-Vall d’Hebron, Tram VI and Parc Joan Miró.
