’s Corporate Management of Mobility Services division was created in 1982 to regulate travel within the city of Barcelona and balance the needs of residents with those of a liveable and dignified city.
Our first area of activity was the management of the city’s underground car parks. Since then, we have evolved, adapting our existing services and creating new ones to ensure that the increase in the use of private vehicles remains compatible with a sustainable, planned mobility that is more efficient and respectful of its environment.
To achieve this ambitious objective, we have organised the division into six key working areas:

Our philosophy of continuous improvement and the dedication of our personnel throughout their daily work has been recognised in the form of UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certificates, awarded for the provision and design of parking services, the management of Barcelona Nord bus station, the municipal towing service provided by Barcelona City Council and the management of regulated parking scheme.
Our mission is to contribute to the city’s mobility policy, playing a key role in defining and managing its parking policy and discouraging illegal parking through efficient and quality control measures. The mobility policy focuses on ensuring a more moderated use of public thoroughfares and on promoting a more sustainable transport system.
