BSM Car Parks New projects
New projects
Our contribution to improving mobility in the city does not end here; we are currently developing new car parks for residents and people making daily journeys into the city.

At present, we have 5 car parks under construction and 6 at the design stage, which will increase the total number of available parking spaces by some 3,400 spaces.

The car parks being constructed are as follows:
 
01 Plaça Navas  – 4 floor underground car park – Number of places (aprox): 339  – Works end December 2011 – B:SM Network Car Park –  Sants-Montjuïc district
02 Ciutat Meridiana  – 2 floor underground car park – Number of places (aprox): 285  – Works end October 2012  – B:SM Network Car Park –  Nou Barris district

03 Plaça  Gardunya – 3 floor underground car park – Number of places (aprox): 425 for cars, 54 for vans and 20 for trucks – Works end May 2014 – B:SM Network Car Park –  Ciutat Vella district

04 Badajoz-Glòries  – 3 floor underground car park – First floor (aprox):  short-stay 99 – Second and Third floor (aprox): Cars deposit 324  –  B:SM Network Car Park –  Sant Martí district

05  Rambla Poble Nou - 2 floor underground car park - School and neighborhood center on the top side - Number of places (aprox): 254 - Works end september 2012 - B:SM Network Car Park - Sant Martí district
