We provide residents of Barcelona concessionary parking spaces allocated for periods of up to 50 years.
The construction of underground car parks for residents is part of a policy tending towards a more rational use of private vehicles, providing residents with parking spaces at origin so as to promote the use of public transport, itself part of a broader philosophy of improvement and a series of specific measures to achieve a sustainable mobility model.
There are currently 19 such car parks located in various city districts, providing a total of 5,000 spaces.
